The encryption stream is created by stringing together the multiple encrypted phrases from the original raw text, where each phrase has been encrypted with a different encryption key. The multiple encrypted phrases are interspersed with encryption noise so that any intruder will not be able to determine where to start trying to decrypt the individual encrypted phrases.
